Bucharest, Romania – September 18, 2009 – Ness Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSTC), a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced today that Dragos Nicolaescu has decided to step down as Romanian Country Manager in order to pursue personal and career interests unrelated to his current role. As part of a mutual agreement, Mr. Nicolaescu will leave NESS Romania effective October 15, 2009.
 Until new Country Manager is appointed, NESS Romania will be temporarily managed by a newly set-up Country Management Team and will follow pre-defined strategy of the company.
The Country Management Team is comprised of senior specialists and their roles are as follows:
 •         Otakar Smolik, SVP Business Development Ness Europe, will lead the Country Management Team, focusing on strategy and execution of current projects.
•         Gabi Mardarasevici will lead the Sales team of NESS Romania.
•         Gabriel Cozma will focus on all project Delivery issues.
 All 3 members of the leadership team are long-term management team members in NESS Romania involved in the company’s strategic decisions.
